Services and fees
Mediation services include review of materials, pre-mediation phone consultations, the mediation day, and further discussions by phone. My fee of $4200 covers all services ($3600 if the mediation is hosted by one of the parties or conducted by Zoom).
Smaller cases
I’d be happy to mediate a smaller case for a fee of $1800 ($1200 if hosted by one of the parties or conducted by Zoom). My objective is to make professional mediation available in cases where it would otherwise be cost prohibitive.
